The process of creating new Subscription groups has become a whole lot easier. With the latest update to Ongoing you are now able to add products directly from the “Create Group” page.
While creating this feature we noticed that there was a lot of extra info on this page that didn’t really need to be there. We decided to remove all of the unnecessary helper descriptions so that this process is just smoother all around.
We also are working on helping to make it easier to understand the subscription terminology:
groups <-> plans <-> products <-> subscriptions <-> contracts
What do these terms mean exactly?
How do they relate to each other?
These are the questions that we want to answer for you without you having to dig around. It should all be available right there at your fingertips.
