New Feature: Update Quantity on Active Subscription

Now you can update the quantity on an active subscription for a customer.

Let’s say a customer wants to go from 1 to 2 quantity.

This new feature has launched in the merchant dashboard.

It will be launching in the customer portal later this month as well.

From Ongoing, click on Subscriptions to view all of your subscriptions.

Click on the subscription you want to manage.

Click on Edit in the line items section.

Here you can change the quantity and click Save.

And that’s it! You’re all done.

Once you’ve updated the quantity, your customer will receive the new quantity you entered on all future orders.
